Refund policy


1. 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have up to 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Returns must be initiated by contacting us first at info@clubomen.com.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, unworn (trying on is allowed), with tags intact and preferably in original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Returns must be shipped with trackable shipping to the return address we provide upon approval.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us. Unsolicited returns will not be accepted.


3. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using tracked shipping, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.


4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@clubomen.com so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty or hygiene products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

If you're unsure whether your item is eligible, contact us before returning.


6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund. Once your return is accepted and processed, you'll receive a refund, and you can order your preferred item separately.


7. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you are entitled by law to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right:

  • Contact us at info@clubomen.com within 14 days of receiving the item.

  • You must return the item in a condition that allows for reasonable inspection — just as you might in a physical store.

  • You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

8. Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, you’ll be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note: It can take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@clubomen.com.
